The NMIMS Alumni Entrepreneur and Start-up Program has the following objectives;
a. Provide a plaƞorm to budding entrepreneurs and start-up to seek guidance to address their
problem statement,
b. Modular and flexible components to provide specific interventions based on the need and life-
cycle of the start-up, and
c. Create cohorts and peer-groups to encourage co-learning amongst budding entrepreneurs and
start-ups.

The NMIMS Alumni Entrepreneur and Start-up program is envisaged to encompass;
a. a curated plaƞorm of coaches and mentors comprising of distinguished alumni leaders
b. Connect the budding entrepreneurs and start-ups with distinguished alumni leaders, who would act as their coach or mentor. The coach / mentor would provide;
1. Leadership development,
2. guidance on growth strategies, and
3. business scale-up challenges.
c. Interactions would include one-on-one coaching, fireside chats and themed mentorship cohorts focused on sectors like fin-tech, health-tech, and family office transformation.
d. Assess readiness for capital-raise.
e. Capital raise and structuring options.
f. Make connections with angel networks, venture capital and private equity firms, as necessary.
g. Recognize alumni who have made an impact on entrepreneurship.
